Disposable blood collection needles have pen-type blood collection needles and butterfly blood collection needles. A large number of experiments have proved that there is no significant difference in the impact on the variation of blood samples between the two types of blood collection needles. Users can flexibly choose according to the actual situation and habits of the patient.
Vacuum blood collection tubes should be used in conjunction with blood collection needles. Under the negative pressure pre-formed inside the vacuum blood collection tube, the blood is drawn into the blood sample container through the blood collection needle (the process of drawing blood samples is also the process of vacuum release, and the amount drawn is related to the specification of the container and the vacuum degree). After one end of the blood collection needle is inserted into the human vein, the other end is inserted into the rubber stopper of the vacuum blood collection tube. This end is equipped with a self-sealing rubber sleeve, allowing multiple blood collection tubes to be collected without leakage in a single venous puncture.
The inner cavity volume of pen type blood collection needles is very small, and its impact on the blood collection volume can be ignored, but the probability of backflow is relatively higher. Pen type blood collection needles need to be used with needle holders. The probability of backflow in butterfly blood collection needles is relatively lower, but their inner cavity volume is larger, which will consume part of the vacuum degree of the blood collection tube, thereby reducing the collection volume.
