The 100 ml chamber is injection-moulded from impact-resistant polycarbonate that tolerates drops from 1.2 m without cracking, yet remains crystal-clear for instant level reading. A wide-bore 15 µm filter provides a flow rate up to 1,500 ml/h, allowing aggressive fluid challenges during shock resuscitation. The vent cap is fitted with a one-way flutter valve that prevents splash-back when bottles are changed quickly, keeping staff dry and reducing contamination risk. Tubing length is 1.8 m, giving paramedics room to work around stretchers, and the kink-resistant TPE coil recovers shape even after being run over by a trolley wheel. Both luer-slip and luer-lock hubs are colour-differentiated for instant identification, and the whole circuit is gamma-sterilised.
